Do you deliver?
Yes we do, for a fee. Perth Metro areas only.
Accepted payment methods?
Cash, direct deposit, credit cards (2.5% surcharge). Card payments taken over the phone or in person.
How do I store my cake/cupcakes and how long can they last?
Store in an airtight container, at room temperature, for up to 3 days.
Are your cake/cupcakes nut & allergy free?
We cater to allergies, however we work in a kitchen that handles nuts. We do our best not to cross contaminate. If you have a nut allergy, we suggest you take caution and consume our products at your own risk.
Can you provide Vegan & Gluten Free cakes/cupcakes?
Absolutely! We take special care not to cross contaminate with our other products. However, as we do bake them in a kitchen with other non-vegan and gluten products we cannot claim that these are 100% vegan & gluten free cakes/cupcakes and you should consume these at your own risk.
Where can we provide feedback?
We welcome feedback, good or bad. By all means, post your feedback, however, if you have had a bad experience, please contact us first so we can try and resolve any issues.
How do we book in for a Cupcake Class?
All information about cupcake workshops are on the relevant class pages.
What happens in a Class?
We teach you how to create fondant toppers/figurines step-by-step, as well as pipe buttercream onto cupcakes.
How long is each Class?
Times vary, this depends on the package you have chosen.
What time do I need to arrive for Class?
Arrive at least 10 minutes earlier to get checked in and settled so the class can start on time.
Do I need any prior experience?
Absolutely not! From beginners to pro bakers/decorators, we guide you through the class with step-by-step instructions to ensure you leave with your completed work of art.
Do I have to bring anything?
No, we supply everything! Baked cupcakes, buttercream frosting, fondant, tools and the necessary equipment.
What should I wear?
Please wear something you feel comfortable in.
Is there an age limit for the Classes?
Parental supervision required for children under the age of 6, those older you may ‘drop and go’. Those over the age of 18 can book into our adult classes.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, just let us know when you book or send us an email within 24 hours of the class.
I am running late to my Class. Can I still come?
Yes, however, please be advised that the class starts on time.
Are walk-ins welcome?
Sorry, no, unless you’ve received prior authorisation from Ksquared Kreative.
Can I purchase a Gift Voucher?
Sure thing! Contact us to arrange one.
Do you do private events or parties?
Yes! Get in touch and we can chat about it.
Do you ever share my contact details with 3rd parties?
No. We only send you our newsletter from Ksquared Kreative regarding what we have been up to, new class information, recipes and special offers.
Why do you take photos during workshops/events?
We use photos from our events for advertising and marketing purposes.
What’s the refund policy?
Our tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to another class free of charge up to 24 hours before the event. Changes made less than 24 hours prior to the event will not be eligible for a class credit.
