Low key Valentine’s or do you go all out?

Valentines Day is fast approaching……

Are you among the 62% of adults who say they celebrate Valentine’s Day?  If yes, do you celebrate it by keeping it low key or go all out!?

Tag us on Instagram @ksquaredkreative with your valentines celebrations..

Since we are all about chocolate, sugar and spice and all things nice, what better song to describe the day of love (although for us everyday should be a day of love), here is our song of the month and it goes a little something like this.

We have made these cupcakes for our husbands, a shame they love chocolate as much as we do, doubt we’ll get a crumb out of them!

Happy Valentines

Top Tip

One of the decorations we used for our cupcakes were chocolate hearts, which are so easy to make. Get your favourite chocolate and melt it in the microwave (short bursts to avoid burning) then pour into moulds. You’ll find heart shaped silicone ones in most supermarkets at the moment so get in there quick. Baking stores have edible lustre dust or glitter if you wanted to add a little sparkle or shimmer.

Upcoming Markets

We mentioned in our January newsletter about upcoming markets and one that we’ll be attending this month is the Currambine Carnival held on Saturday 17th February.  This one looks amazing and has so much entertainment so take a look here to find out what is happening.  It’s going to be a fun day out for families, hope to see you there.
